Horse Hood Products

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all Horse hoods are the correct size and fits the horse properly (size guide check). Horse & Pony Boutique is NOT liability for any product which does not fit the horse correctly and returns on these grounds may be refused.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Cart’ or ‘View Cart & Checkout’ (enter any discount code) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We currently only offer our web service to those in the UK, we shall be expanding to other areas shortly.

We accept all major credit cards which are processed through PayPal. We charge for the item at the moment of purchase.

Cancelling an Order:

Horse & Pony Boutique endeavours to process your order as soon as possible after Checkout so you can receive your goods in a timely manner. Once you have hit the Purchase button at Checkout we begin to process your order. If you decide after Checkout that you would like to cancel your order please contact us instantly by email or phone 01254 696864 / 07955955728 to amend your purchase.

Tax Charges

Horse & Pony Boutique does not currently charge Tax as we are not VAT registered.

Returns Policy

Returning an item:

Horse & Pony Boutique maintains a 14 day refund policy. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery with the original packaging, as long as the item has not been used or damaged after receipt. You will receive a full refund for all non-bespoke (made to measure) goods returned to us. However, this does not include the price of posting the item back to us.

Your refund will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Instructions for Return:

  1. Please complete the online returns form completing all of the required information.
  2. Please enclose the delivery note, including your name and order number with the returned item(s). Tape the box securely using heavy-duty packing tape.
  3. Send your returned item(s) via an insured carrier, such as Royal Mail Recorded delivery. This will be at your expense. We cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Instructions for damaged or wrong items:
It is very important to us to ensure that you receive your goods in A1 condition and that the goods you have delivered are the goods that you receive, however sometimes things can go wrong.
